About Us

Up North was founded in 2021 by Burnt Hills native, Nik Schultz. Nik, a graduate of The University at Albany, began cooking at a young age and has always had a passion for bringing families together through food. He grew up learning and experimenting with different recipes alongside his Italian family and is very proud to share these recipes with all of you. With over a decade of catering and concession experience, he hopes to make your catering visions a reality.

 

At Up North, our food is our passion and we strive to use fresh, local ingredients.
